Game changer after combining households to have 3 dogs all together. I contacted the company for a quote and found the cost much more reasonable than I had expected. They are easy to communicate with if needed, but once a schedule and my auto payment were set up I pretty much only need to contact them if we are going out of State and need to pause the service. They do not make me pay when it is not used and the first service is free and that is amazing. I paid them anyway as a tip because I was impressed. I get a text when they are on the way, a picture of the gate when they enter and one when they leave. Dependable, honest and old school customer service. Definitely recommend."
