Terms of Service

By initiating service with Simple Pet Waste Removal, you agree to the following terms and responsibilities:

Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard.
• If we are unable to complete a cleanup due to access issues, you will still be charged for that visit.
• You must notify us immediately of any changes in the number of pets.
• All balances must be paid promptly.

Weather Delays

Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to complete a scheduled cleanup. In these situations, service will be completed as soon as conditions allow.

Service Pauses

If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for any period of time (vacation, illness, etc.), you must notify us in advance to pause service and avoid charges for unnecessary visits.

Liability

We assume no liability for damages to yards, gates, pets, or other property.

Fees & Promotions

Fees and promotions are subject to change at any time. In the rare event of a change, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks in advance.

Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time with written notice. Any unpaid balances are due within 15 days.

Acceptance of Terms

By initiating service, both parties agree to these terms and responsibilities.
